Meredith Rassam, PT, MSPT, MS

With over 15 years of experience in outpatient orthopedic care, physical therapist Meredith Rassam is committed to providing the best patient care possible. In 2018, Meredith opened Thrive Women’s Health Physical Therapy to provide a supportive and caring environment for women in the Pennington, NJ area.

After the birth of her two sons, Meredith faced her own set of health challenges. This led her to focus her practice on women’s physical health therapy so that she could provide advanced care to patients who were experiencing similar health stressors.

She is passionate about helping women overcome symptoms through pelvic floor therapy. Meredith treats issues such as pelvic floor dysfunction, urinary incontinence, c-section pain, abdominal separation, pain during sex, and more.

Her goal is to provide exceptional care for patients so that they improve their conditions and function as quickly as possible. Because of her own journey, Meredith wants to help women feel strong again, have less pain, and to thrive in their life!

Meredith Rassam received her Master’s in Physical Therapy from Northeastern University in 2003. She also holds a Master’s in Applied Nutrition.

When she is not working, Meredith loves spending time with her family, hiking, walking their dog, biking, cheering from the sidelines during a soccer game, or having some alone time to get in a quick run or do yoga. She also loves cooking with a glass of wine, relaxing with friends and family, and trying to not let time go bye too quickly.
